Director of Coaching & Football Development
OJFC is looking for a Director of Coaching & Football Development to implement and deliver coaching and development programmes.
This role will assist both our players and coaches develop whilst nurturing football in our community. Some of your key responsibilities:
- help kids have a great experience
- plan and develop junior and youth coaching programmes
- support and upskill coaches
What you’ll need:
- coaching qualification preferred
- previous experience delivering coaching and development programmes
- be prepared to work flexible hours including a large amount of weekend and evening work
- ability to develop coaching plans and to plan strategically
