COVID-19: Move to Alert Level 2, 23rd June 2021

Following the NZ Government’s COVID-19 Alert Level 2 announcement today, please read on for the impact on training and games planned during this time of heightened alert level.

TRAINING AT NAIRNVILLE TURF

Team training can continue at Nairnville Turf, as the player numbers are below the gathering size cap for Alert Level 2. This is a busy space though, so please adhere to the below recommendations:

  • No entry for spectators onto the Nairnville Turf
  • Coaches – help us to reduce any potential congestion at the ground – please adjust your training start time so your training starts 5 minutes after regular scheduled time.
  • Coaches – please ensure your training finishes on time, and teams exit the turf promptly
  • Coaches – please maintain a record of attendance
  • Contact tracing on arrival to Nairnville Park
  • Hand sanitizing on arrival/departure
  • Players are dropped off/enter the turf at the gate nearest the courts/rec centre on Cockayne Road
  • Players are collected from/depart the turf near the playground end
  • Players who are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19 or are generally unwell are asked to stay home
  • BYO water bottle. Do not use the drinking fountain at the ground
  • Avoid touch points where possible
  • Refrain from handshakes and high fives
